I want to be a Writer…

I want to be a Writer but I am lazy to practice. Why is that we want things instantly and are too lazy to work for them?  It dawned on me the other day when a friend of mine suggested that i practice my writing every day so that I can exercise my writing skills and eventually become the writer I want to be, a best seller author like my favourite author, Paulo Coelho. Most writers or wannabe writers are blogging these days so I thought this may be a platform where I can not only exercise my writing skills but also get feedback from you! Regardless of what I write about I will always write with love and light hence the name of my blog. Paulo Coelho quotes in his book, Like the Flowing River that we must let the universe move around us and discover the joy of surprising ourselves. He goes on to say that repeated experiences have but one aim: to teach us what we have not learned.

I love quotes! Over time I have come upon motivating and inspiring quotes that have resonated with what I am going through in my life and ignited aha moments! When I come across these quotes I scribble them down in my dairy and they are always with me as a reminder. Here are ten of my favourite quotes:

Today I enter into a partnership with my creation partner.

I promise to ALWAYS honour, speak and act my truth, so that I am clear on what I am choosing for myself, knowing that it will be delivered to me without fail.

                                                                                          I will keep my thoughts and feeling centered on what I choose knowing that I don't have to see it now, and the real work is being done in the unseen, and it will be delivered through me.                                                                               Now that I know all this, all circumstances and events have to be unfolding perfectly in the direction of what I have chosen.
